Migration issue....
I was specifically told by an intuit employee to continue using our desktop version while we completed the set up of payroll services, payments, and time tracking in the online version. We paid for the advanced plan that provided support through the process, even as much as intuit payroll using our old stand alone accounts and transferring employee data for us. We have completed the process and are ready to use the online version, only now I am being told by the migration team that we cannot transfer / migrate the last 12 days of business activity from the desktop version to online without having to redo the entire process. Or we have the option of manually entering in the last 2 weeks of transaction to online which is not a viable option. Nor is it an option to not be able to use online again until another 12 days has passed.
What I would like to know is if there is anyone on the intuit team that is creative enough to leave the scripted responses and help me find a solution?
