I appreciate you for reaching out to us, @FZ Howard. Allow me to direct you to the appropriate contact to resolve your issue about missing transactions when migrating from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

We'd want to help. However, issues concerning migration must be handled by the migration team. That said, I recommend contacting them again so they can follow up on your pending case and help you retrieve the missing transactions. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu and click QuickBooks Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Provide a brief description of your concern, and click Continue.
  4. Log in to your Intuit account, select Continue, then Continue with my account.
  5. Enter the single-use code you received in your email and hit Continue.
  6. Choose between Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

It's important to note that some transactions may not be migrated to QBO completely. Therefore, you may need to enter or upload them manually to QBO.
