Hello there, Chris.

I understand the urgency of this matter, and I appreciate you for sharing your experience with one of our support. We'll take note of it. Let me provide additional information about the compatible server for your company file.

Since you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise 2022, you can use the Server 2012 R2 for QBDT 2022. I also recommend running the Quick Fix My Program from the QuickBooks Tools Hub as this can fix common errors when using the product. For the best experience, I suggest using this on Windows 10, 64-bit.

Let's begin with downloading QuickBooks Toolhub. Check the following steps for guidance:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.5.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install, then agree to the terms and conditions.
  5.  Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub when the installation finishes.

After that, you're now ready to run the Quick Fix My File and QuickBooks File Doctor utility:

  1. From the tool hub, select the Company File Issues tab.
  2. Select Quick Fix My File.
  3. Click OK and then open QuickBooks again once the process is complete.
  4. Go back to the tool hub if you still receive the same message. Then, click the Company File Issues tab.
  5. Select Run QuickBooks, File Doctor.
  6. Choose your company file from the drop-down menu.
  7. Select Check your file (middle option only), then click Continue.
  8. Enter your QuickBooks admin password, then hit Next.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Technical Support again to take a closer look into your account and investigate the issue further since we're unable to do this here in the Community space.

Let me know in the comment section if you require more assistance in completing your other program tasks. I'll be around.
