For renewals, as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. Otherwise, we can follow these steps to route you to the subscription page: 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, choose Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  5. Select Resubscribe.

And for your second question which is to reduce the number of user in QuickBooks Online. I can provide you the steps:

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Login to you QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Manage users.
  3. Select the ellipsis icon on the user you want to delete, then select Delete.
  4. Choose Delete user from the pop-up window to confirm.
