A purchase order was created in May for a generic quantity. The goods were received in June for less than that PO quantity but QB will not allow my to close the PO. The message I'm getting is:
This modification will affect transactions from closed periods and could also affect previous financial reports.
You must enter the "closing date" password to make this change.
This does not make sense to me since the goods were received in June and June is still open.
