Business bank account not updating from truist.  No issues getting in bank account.  I’ve talked to 7 QB people and no one helps, says a Truist problem.  Truist says if I have no issues with bank acct it’s a QB issue.  This is a vital function of business and highly frustrated.  Is there anyone in this company who actually digs deeper to help a customer?
