In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), closing the estimate once it converts to a sales order is currently unavailable. With this, I recommend sending your feedback to our development team so they can consider reviewing your suggestion and add it to their future update.
Here's how:
- Go to Help, then choose Send Feedback Online.
- Choose the Product Suggestion, Bug Report, or Help System Suggestion.
- In the QuickBooks Feedback dialog box, you can change your Type of Feedback by clicking its dropdown.
- (Optional) From the Product Area dropdown, choose according to your preferences.
- You can enter your insights within the Here is my suggestion field.
- (Optional) From the My name is field, you can enter your name.
- (Optional) From the My e-mail address field, you can enter your e-mail address.
- After reviewing everything, you can click Send Feedback.
Additionally, you can create, access, and modify memorized reports if you want the same settings of the customized report to be available for future use.
