QBDT Pro 2023 only allows three (3) EINs if you'll be processing payroll. Each payroll service can have up to three EINs. Since you'll be utilizing the software without add-on online services, like banking, payroll, and payments, you should be able to set up all seven (7) companies when you decide to upgrade.
