Customizing invoices in QB online is a nightmare!

Customizing invoices when switching from desktop to online was hard enough, but with the new options it's even worse. I need to reposition the logo. I've tried making it larger and smaller, used the different templates, changed the print settings. Is there a way to drag it where I need it? The customization is even worse with the new format. QB Desktop was much more user friendly. Any suggestions, besides "provide feedback"?

In QuickBooks, when customizing logos, a logo's height and width can't be changed. Instead, you can change the size and reposition its placement.

Here's how:

  1. Use your Gear icon, then go to Custom form styles.
  2. Find the template you want to edit and click its Edit option.
  3. Access your Design tab, then hit Make logo edits.
  4. Press Show logo and change its size and placement as you desire.
  5. Select Done.

I can certainly understand how an ability to change its height and width could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

Outside of QuickBooks, you can customize a smaller unique logo, then it can be added into your QuickBooks sales form.
