I can still open the 2009 qbw file (which has entries up to 10-1-24, this is my DREAM file to import to the 2021 desktop version, but for some reason, it won't migrate/update to the new version).
You may have 2 options:
1. Purchase a 3rd party upgrade service.
2. Use a migration tool. It's a $299 one-time license and you can get $100 cashback to purchase it via a partner.
