Further to your reply, I have a similar situation, I followed the instructions in the "What to do if you didn't enter an opening balance in QuickBooks Online" when I set up my QBO account in August. Now I have a negative balance under Opening Balance Equity that I do not know how to clean up. The bank account is correct and has been reconciled for August, September, October and November. How do I remove the negative Open Equity Balance so that it does not show on my Balance Sheet?
