Thank you for your response. I tried putting the info that I need searchable in the "mobile" field since that was empty for the customer where I need to add the info, and I made sure it was checked as you described. When I tried to search for it, it still doesn't show up, regardless of whether I click enter or just look at the pop up. What am I doing wrong?
