Hi there, @DLrhone.
I understand how important your time is, especially with a client meeting coming up, and I appreciate you trying the incognito steps to work around the "Authentication Ticket Mismatched, Failed Authentication" message.
There's no issue migrating files from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Most files transfer smoothly as long as the company file is in good shape. One thing to watch is the 4,000,000 target limit. You can check your target count by pressing F2 or Ctrl+1 in QBDT. If the file is too large, condensing the data first is recommended.
In general, migrating your QBDT file to QBO is preferable to manual transfers, as only certain data types can be imported into QBO.
For your second question, as long as the integration is set up correctly on their side and data is available, it should sync with QBO without issues. QBO will accept the data that SimPro sends through the integration.
If you have follow-up questions before your client meeting, feel free to return to this thread. We're here for you, and I'm wishing you a smooth and successful meeting.
