QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses your Intuit account for authentication. If multiple companies share the same phone number, QBO default to the first company linked to your User ID. Let's ensure you access the correct account for SRS Engineering Corp.
In signing in to SRS Engineering Corp, follow the steps below:
- Go to qbo.intuit.com.
- Enter the correct email address tied to SRS Engineering Corp.
- Authenticate your login.
- If you land in your default company, click the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile tab, select Switch company.
- Choose the SRS Engineering Corp from the list.
If SRS Engineering Corp is not listed, you will need an invitation from the company admin. You will have access once an admin adds you as a user to the account.
