To isolate this case, we need to ensure that you're using the latest version of QuickBooks to prevent any errors.

let's manually update the software to the latest release.

Here's how:

  1. Close your QuickBooks entirely, and then open the Windows Start menu.
  2. Search for QuickBooks Desktop and right-click on the icon.
  3. Select Run as administrator.
  4. In the No Company Open screen, go to the Help > Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  5. In the Update QuickBooks Desktop window, click the Options tab.
  6. Select Mark All and click Save
  7. Go to the Update Now tab and put a check mark on the the Reset Update box.
  8. Hit on the Get Updates button.

Once the download is finished re-open QuickBooks and make sure to run it as the administrator. You can also set the program for automatic updates. . Here's an article for more detailed information: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

Though, if the error still persists you can run Repair QuickBooks Desktop

Please let me know how it goes by clicking the Reply button. I want to make sure that everything is taken care of. Have a great day!
