Hello there, @itlk.
Let's try some more troubleshooting. We can run the QuickBooks File Doctor on your Company File. Here's how:
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub. If you can't find the icon, search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program.
- From the tool hub, go to the Company File Issues tab.
- Click Run QuickBooks File Doctor. It can take up to one minute for the file doctor to open.
- In QuickBooks File Doctor, select your company file from the drop-down menu. If you don’t see your file, use Browse and search to find your file.
- Hit Check your file (middle option only) and then Continue.
- Enter your QuickBooks admin password and then Next.
Once the scan finishes, open QuickBooks and open the Income Tracker. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Desktop Support. Rest assured, they'll be able to share your screen and check out what may be causing the issue in-depth.
Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be here if you need me. Have a wonderful day!
