Two notes are pinned for same customer
We use QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2017. We have two notes under a customer and both are pinned. I cannot get either note to unpin. It happened when another user went to pin the new note, which usually unpins the first, but this time it didn't.
I've tried creating a new note, thinking it might pin and unpin the other two and that didn't work. How can I unpin the undesired note?
