Well... although I posted my concern before like rest of you, today was the first day the bank locked me out from downloading transactions directly to QuickBooks desktop I am beyond frustrated - I am a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and going to give it up // not renew as I can not support clients with this situation. Not every client wants to do QBOLE // some are still in desktop. The extra steps to download from the bank/ save / then import is BEYOND CRAZY. I'm writing this while in the middle of a major storm fearing I will loose power - that is how frustrated I am.
