Yes, you're right that the Account Activity only shows your login activities.
We have a list of official email addresses that we use to communicate with our customers. Also, you can check this article and see if it comes from one of our official email addresses: Receive important email messages from Intuit. You can see our official email addresses in the section labeled Intuit's service email addresses.
If the email doesn't belong to the listed addresses, please don't click any links from the email and forward it to spoof@intuit.com. We'll then review the email for you.
