Yes, you got it right, the item list order is per company file. If they are changes made to the list order, those changes will remain the same the next time a user logs in.

- Close your QuickBooks.

- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install.
- When the install finishes, open the tool hub on your Windows desktop.
- Select Program Problems.
- Click Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
