I am trying to close my clients books for 2020 and I can't because there is a negative qty on two items that were incorrectly setup as inventory. They don't track inventory so these items are negative. I am not able to make any adjustments to zero it out because they downgraded to quickbooks essentials and inventory tracking is not included in essentials. I am not even able to make the item inactive and get the this message
"We're sorry. This feature is not included in your Quickbooks Online Essentials subscription."
So how they heck am I supposed to zero out these inventory items or get rid of them so I can close the books??
