We can create an item and associate the fuel usage account. Here's how to do it:
- Click Lists at the top menu and select Item List.
- Click the Item button and select New.
- Choose Non-inventory in the TYPE field and enter the Item Name/Number (vehicle 1, 2, or etc).
- Enter the fuel usage account in the Account field.
- Click OK.
