I'd be immensely grateful for any suggestions to my import issue. I'm upgrading from ver QB Pro 2018 to Enterprise 2021. Trying to export my customer file which was successful but the import left more than 2/3 of the files unsuccessful. I've been reading every solution that I can find. I used the "import for me I'll review later" utility. When I click to open the file in folder it tells me it will open with QBLauncher. Fine. I click that and an error says only company files can be opened with QBLauncher.
This is so immensely frustrating - I wonder if it is worth it at all.
