I have QB Desktop Pro Plus 2019 and have not been able to log into my company. I keep getting a notice saying my subscription has lapsed. I have not had a subscription since the trial back in 2019. I have checked and done manually updates and still getting subscription is lapsed. I cant get past opening company file. Frustrating, any ideas welcome.
