It's easy to update a pay schedule in QuickBooks Online. Allow me to help you.

 

We need to create a new pay schedule and assign it to your employees. Follow these steps:

 

A. Create

  1. From the Gear icon, select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Pay Schedules, then Create.
  3. Enter the pay period and pay date, then OK.

B. Assign employee a pay schedule

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
  2. Select the employee's name and click Edit Employee.
  3. Click the How often do you pay (employee) dropdown and choose a pay schedule.
  4. Tap Done.
