You would think having the ability to have a tangeble physical price list is a no brainer. There are many reasons for this such as for example when you have a roaming member of staff who needs immediate info to give to a customer. As a workaround in QBO you can go to 'Products and Services' and click on the icon to the left of the 'settings cog wheel' which looks like a 'sheet of paper with an arrow going to the right'. This should automatically download the 'Products and Services' list. Open it in excel. Delete whatever coloums you do not need. What you should be left with will be your Item Description and Sales Price. Do a bit of tidying and Print.
It is fiddlely but until QBO wake up this is what I have found to be the most efficient way.
