Let's get this sorted out. I can help you apply Price Rules on your Estimates so you can send out quotes to your customers.
Here's how to create Price Rules in QuickBooks Desktop:
- Go to List.
- Select Price Rule List.
- Click the Price Rule button and click New.
- Fill in the necessary information.You can add Customer Name and Item Name that you want to apply the rules for.
- Click Ok to save changes.

Once done, you can now apply it to your estimates. Here's how:
- Go to Customers.
- Click Create Estimates.
- Apply the items you use when you set up the price rules.
- From the Cost table, click the Z icon.
- An Applied Price Rules window will pop-up. Click OK to apply the rule.
