Other questions

Having the same issues and have been working on this on and off for a few weeks.  I did create a dummy file and am getting the same white interface, so it seems to not be related to the company file.  Very frustrating.

Consider to create a dummy file or open the sample one, then try migrating it to QB Online to isolate the issue. If you are able to do so, it is highly possible that your primary file is damaged.
