some updates. i used SaasAnt Deleter which did not work, it turns out this products only inactivates does not delete the record (misleading, should change their name). after further research i found data remover - Data Remover - http://q2q.us/drmoverview.htm
this is very useful product. it basically delete records permanently in bulk or one a time
