Thanks for checking in with us, Korby.
When it comes to integrating GUSTO, the information we receive depends on what they share with us. In this case, we can try connecting to QuickBooks Desktop from Gusto. Let me show you how:
- Sign in to Gusto.
- Go to the App directory.
- Under Categories, click Accounting.
- Click the QuickBooks Desktop tile.
- Tap Connect.
- Enter your QuickBooks Desktop credentials to get connected.
- Upload and map your chart of accounts.
The option to export a Gusto IIF file into your QuickBooks account will be available the next time you run payroll. Then, the total wages, taxes, benefit deductions/contributions, reimbursements, and contractor payments will now export to your Desktop account each time you run payroll. If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting Gusto Technical Support Team to help you with this one.

I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about QuickBooks. Assistance is just a post away. Take care always.
