Hello Solar Bozo!
I know where to go to see when you sent the customer statement.
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center.
- Select the customer's name, then Sent Email.
- Choose a date range from the Date drop-down. Find the statement and check the Date column. This is the date when you sent it.
If you need to view the details of the statement, you can check the Sent folders of the email account you used in QuickBooks Desktop. You can also see there when the email was sent.
