- Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
- Proceed to the Search tab and enter your concern in the Search box to activate the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
- You can choose to chat with a live expert or get a callback from the next available support.
You can reach them by phone on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you'd prefer a callback, you can request one on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and a support expert will get back to you as soon as possible. For chat, they are available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
