To search an amount in the General Ledger, I suggest running a GL report to easily find the amount.
Here's how:
1. Click the Reports at the left panel.
2. Select the search icon and type General Ledger.
3. Press the Ctrl+F from your keyboard to show the Find box.
4. Enter the amount you want to search.
