Thank you! I had been doing the manual update but it wasn't working on this account. I spoke to support briefly yesterday and they said there was an ongoing issue so I was added to the list of people experiencing it. I saw this reply to day and was going to investigate Web Connect but my account just updated on its own. Problem (mysteriously) solved!
