Unfortunately, although Quickbooks is (falsely) advertising (both in writing and by phone) that one of the qualifications for a rate review is that we process an average $7,500 month for 3 months, you're not honoring that. Instead, you're choosing to apply in practice (at least for my company) a completely different requirement of at least $7,500 each month for 3 months. We average well above $7,500 and have for years, but we bill on quarterly cycles so can occasionally can dip below. Since we went below for March (though well over for April), you're denying us a rate review at this time.

The rep was unable to explain why you're using different qualification requirements and unable to further assist. I've been trying to escalate, but it appears no one with any authority is willing to talk to me. Last Tuesday, I rep promised me a call-back within a day or so, and when I called on Friday I was told that the case was "closed."

You only gave us a few days' warning so we didn't have a chance to find a difference payment processor before quarterly billing, and your lack of co-operation with a rate review is further delaying this process and costing us even more money.

Everything about this is dishonest and scammy.
