I can help share some insights about your lost attachments. When you move from QuickBooks Desktop to the Online version, there are limitations on what data won't convert to QBO. One of these limitations is Attachments. For more information, please check on what to expect when you switch from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
You may need to attach them again manually into QuickBooks.
