Are you referring to the Receive payment option from the + New button that isn't showing? If so, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fix.
There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. To verify, let's log in to your QBO account via a private browser. Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
However, if you're referring to the online payment options within the invoice, you can click Edit under Online Payments. From there, select the checkboxes for the payment options you want. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online.
