Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, David. Let's go over some troubleshooting steps so you can easily link your bank account to QuickBooks Online.
Beforehand, may I ask if you tried to select the option displayed on the bank list that says Elan Financial Credit Card Unavailable? Also, did you get a specific error? I appreciate any further details so I can provide accurate information.
For now, I suggest linking your bank account through a private window to narrow down the result and protect your browser against cookie-based tracking. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P
If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
Lastly, click on this article if you need help reviewing your downloaded transactions by matching or adding them in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you need any additional assistance while connecting or managing your bank in QBO, you can leave a comment below. I'll get back to you, david. Have a good one!
