- These "enhancements" are more deterrents and annoyances for a vast majority of people who I assume are struggling to currently use this software. Many people probably don't even know this forum exists. I suggest adding a poll above every slide bar you introduce and this way, you might receive enough feedback to realize that what you're adding is not wanted by the majority.
While adding back those missing features and disabling slide-in bars or pop-ups is unavailable. I encourage you to share your thoughts and suggestions through our feedback channel. Our product developers are open to suggestions to improve our products and meet our customer's business needs.
- I'm not sure why you removed a critical part of the invoice and added annoying slide-in pop-ups. Let me ask you a serious question: You added this new amazing AI feature to the sidebar to populate invoices or estimates. How would you even know what we are invoicing or estimating before the fact? Displaying this information in such an overwhelming and annoying manner is getting ridiculous.
Regarding the slow-loading pages, the browser sometimes can become overloaded with frequently accessed page resources such as cache and cookies, leading to unexpected behavior. With this, you can access your QBO account through a private browsing window to see if it is a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:
