I am using the QB ACH payment with invoicing. A client paid me through the system, the amount went into my account but did not get matched as paid with the invoice?

  2. Select the Categorized tab, then hit the Gear icon on the left.
  3. Tick the Automatic matching button to turn it on.

Please note that the system may not automatically match all payment transactions. This can occur if your bank doesn't provide a unique identifier, there are discrepancies in payment details, or the transaction lacks sufficient information. In such cases, I recommend manually matching the invoice payment to ensure accurate recording in your QuickBooks account.
