Payments
Currently, the method you mentioned (creating invoices in QuickBooks Online on a PC and accepting payments via GoPayment on a mobile device) is the main approach for processing contactless and chip card payments using QuickBooks Payments, APro05. I’ll provide details on other options so you can process payments more conveniently.
I understand that the workaround suggested can be quite time-consuming, so I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development team. Sending feedback is a good step as user inputs can be crucial in shaping future updates. The more users voice their needs for a more integrated solution, the more likely it will be to prioritize such enhancements.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear or Settings icon and select Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit feedback.
In the meantime, you might want to explore third-party applications that provide similar services and are compatible with QuickBooks Online. To find some of these apps, I can assist you through our App menu:
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Select Finds Apps.
- Search for an app on the Find Apps to streamline your work field or click Browse Category to find a suitable app that works best for you.
- Once you have found an app, click it and select Get App Now.
Additionally, I'll be including these references that will guide you in accepting payments and checking if it's deposited into your bank account:
