Thanks for your response. I don't think that will work. The invoices are saved as a memorized transaction and the auto payment is saved as a recurring charge through Authorize.net so there is no invoice number attached to the payment (since it changes each month). I don't think that there would be a way for an automated app would know where to apply the money.
