QuickBooks Time
I want to ensure employee wages are shown in the report, Michelle.
First, we should ensure that employee wages are correctly associated with the appropriate project. Following that, let's log into your account using a private browsing window. This way, we can determine whether this is a browser cache-related issue. The cache helps web pages to load quickly. However, excessive of it can lead to problems that impact the system's performance.
Occasionally, the presence of locally stored internet cache files on your system can lead to unexpected issues with the product. It might be the root cause of your inability to view the wages when generating the report.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
If the wages show, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.
Additionally, I've added this article to learn how to run and print payroll reports in QuickBooks Online.
