That is my error log after trying to web connector. "Oops! You are not configured to use QB Web Connector."
I have been on multiple calls with multiple support personnel in both QB Desktop and in QB Time. We have been using TSheets for years, and NEVER had a problem till QB purchased Tsheets. Now Intuit has messed it all up. I, too, will be doing my second payroll manually since the two QB products cannot talk to each other.
