The Sales by Customer Detail Report will show the total sales to each customer and job, broken down by transaction. That’s why you’re unable to see your customers' detailed information.


The Customer Contact List will show your customer contact information. This includes the customer's name, name of the person to contact, billing address, phone number, fax number, etc. Let me help and make sure you can build this report in no time.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Press the Reports menu at the top bar and choose Customers and Receivables.
  2. From the list, select Customer Contact List.
