Hi there ngruzwalski,
Allow me to clarify this for you. In order to email out multiple invoices in QuickBooks Desktop the invoice would first need to be set up to email later. This then moves the email to the send forms menu. If email later was not selected then you'd need to access that invoice again and check the box as there is no current way to mass select these. If this is something you want included in QuickBooks Desktop I recommend sending feedback to our developers so they can look into possibly adding this in future updates.
