Definitely! You can assign a sales account posting directly on the product/service item. Perform the steps below to update them:
QuickBooks Desktop:
- Go to Lists.
- Hit Item List.
- Double-click to open the item.
- On the Account or Income Account field and update the income account.
- Hit the Save and Close menu.
Any sale from this item will automatically post on the new account.
