Welcome to the Community, TGSOIL.

Let me share information with you concerning 10 digit PIN for payroll when E-filling forms in QuickBooks.

The IRS provides the PIN, you’ll want to reach out to them for a PIN reset. Within 7 and 10 banking days, you’ll receive a letter from them about your request.

Here’s how:

  1. Contact 866.255.0654.
  2. Choose option 1 and then 3 for E-file questions.
  3. When you get an IRS agent, ask for the E-file 10-digit PIN.

Additionally, I've attached a link you can use as a reference on how to check the filing status of your forms in QuickBooks: Check e-file or e-pay status in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced.

Stay in touch with me if you have follow-up questions about e- filling out forms. I'll be right here to help you. Keep Safe!
