You can create a bank deposit since you already deposited the check. But would need to consult an accountant on how to categorize the refund.
Let me guide you with these steps:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Choose Make Deposits.
- Enter all necessary information needed
- When you're done, click Save & Close.
