Thank you for joining the thread to get an update about the resolution for your concern in the tax liability account from the Commerce app, @Hanse004.

As my colleague, jamespaul mentioned in this thread, there are reported issues from other customers that experienced the same. With this, our product engineers are already investigating this matter and diligently working on a fix to get you back to business seamlessly.

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-77536. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.

In addition, QuickBooks offers a selection of payroll reports. This will allow you to see your employee's total earnings, deductions, and tax details over time. Please refer to this article for a complete list of accessible payroll reports and instructions on how to access them: Run payroll reports.

I appreciate you being patient with us while we work on this, @Hanse004. Please leave a comment below if you have any further inquiries about QuickBooks.
